Spirent Scoops Top Industry Awards for Pioneering 800G and Automotive Ethernet Solutions

Awards recognize commitment to delivering innovative test platforms for optical networking

CALABASAS, CA. – March 5, 2025 Spirent Communications plc (LSE:SPT), the leading provider of test and assurance solutions for next-generation devices and networks, today announced it has been recognised with two awards in the Lightwave+BTR Innovation Reviews. The Spirent B3 800G Appliance and Spirent Automotive M1 Appliance have been named an Honoree in the annual awards program which acknowledges excellence in technology design for products serving the optical network industry.

The Spirent B3 800G Appliance was recognized as the industry’s first test platform to align with the latest IEEE 802.3df specifications, while Spirent’s Automotive M1 Appliance was celebrated for its compact design and versatility for testing Automotive Ethernet architectures.
